Traxxas 6533X Receiver, Micro, TQi 2.4GHz with Telemetry & TSM® (5-Channel)

The Traxxas 6533X is a micro TQi 2.4GHz 5-channel receiver with integrated telemetry and built-in Traxxas Stability Management® (TSM). Designed for Traxxas TQi-equipped vehicles, it features an integrated LINK button for fast and easy binding, a two-color LED for power-on and bind status indication, and fail-safe programming that returns the throttle to neutral and holds the last commanded steering position in the event of signal loss.

Built-in TSM makes it easier to control your vehicle on slippery surfaces. TSM senses the vehicle’s direction and makes steering corrections to provide straight-ahead full-throttle acceleration without loss of control. When cornering, TSM makes intuitive corrections to maintain the vehicle’s line for faster exit speeds, and improves braking performance by keeping the front wheels arrow straight until they come to a complete stop.

How TSM Works

TSM lives in the receiver and works with TQi transmitters equipped with a Multi-Function knob. No additional setup or configuration is required. The Multi-Function knob adjusts the amount of TSM assistance — more assistance virtually eliminates fishtailing and sliding, while less assistance allows controlled power slides. TSM never restricts throttle input. It can be turned off by turning the Multi-Function knob counterclockwise to its stop, or adjusted via the Traxxas Link app. Each model has a specific software load custom-tuned to that model.
