With the option to upgrade to SAFE Plus GPS, you get AutoLand and Virtual Fence features, plus the optional Landing Assist Sensor that automatically “flares” for smoother landings. The tricycle landing gear allows takeoffs and landings on grass, dirt, paved runway, and other surfaces — or install the optional floats to fly from water. The 30A telemetry-capable ESC provides real-time power data via compatible AirWare-equipped transmitters and approximate battery power remaining via the DXS LED indicators. The Ready-To-Fly Basic version includes the Spektrum DXS 2.4GHz transmitter — just add a battery and charger (or the Spektrum Powerstage 3 bundle SPMXPSA300).
